Our Social Emotional Learning course is rooted in the truth that God created us with emotions as part of His good design. Using Scripture as our guide, we learn that feelings are not something to fear or suppress, but something to name, to feel, and to bring before Him. Alongside these biblical foundations, we practice DBT-based skills that give students practical tools for coping, regulating, and expressing emotions in healthy ways. Each lesson is an invitation to pause, to notice, and to grow—rooted in faith and open to wonder. Together, we discover that every emotion has a place, and that God meets us tenderly in each one
